Abstract
Objective: Evaluation of treatment adherence by Morisky score and some factors related to treatment adherence in hypertensive patients at Nghe An Endocrinology Hospital. Objects and methods: 432 hypertensive patients were diagnosed and treated at Nghe An Endocrinology Hospital with the period from March 2022 to September 2022. Result: Our study showed compliance with the highest level of compliance. The average level accounted for the highest rate of 38.42%, with 30.55% of low compliance, high compliance only accounted for 35.6%. Female compliance is higher than male with p < 0.05, the older the age, the higher the compliance with p < 0.05, the longer the disease duration, the higher the compliance with p < 0.05, the number of patients The more co-morbidities, the higher the compliance, the more complicated the blood pressure regimen, the lower the compliance rate. Conclusion: Moderate compliance accounts for the highest rate of 38.42%, high compliance accounts for only 35, 6%. The study showed that there was a relationship between adherence to treatment with factors: gender, age, number of years with hypertension, number of comorbidities and treatment regimen
