Abstract

To manage thyroid eye diseases we need to confirm thyroid eye diseases due to Basedow by eye manifestations with classification of NOSPECS as well as to rule out tumor of brain , of eye socket area and estimate the injury of the eyes and eye muscles by CT or MRI and confirm immuno disease by TRAb. We Need to confirm the golden time, the time of evolution of the diseases based on Rundle curve and clinical activity score to treat on time to prevent evolution of thyroid eye diseases and always maintain the thyroid in stable status. We Need to warn in patients who have thyroid eye diseases when thyroid function may be normal but which can be transferred to hyperthyroidism later.
