In there, vision loss accounted for 60.87%, cataracts   59.78%,   diabetic   retinopathy was 21.74%, the rate of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy 1.09%, the rate of pre- proliferative diabetic retinopathy accounted for 20.65%.
