Abstract
Objective: To study changes in insulin resistance, renal injury period before and after treatment in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Subjects and Methods: A prospective study description, along with follow-up 124 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Results: insulin resistance index is decreased, insulin sensitivity, beta cell function after treating are increased compared those of before treating, p< 0.05. Average glomerular filtration rate after treating is significantly increased compered that of before treating (61.2 ± 23.1 ml/min versus 74.3 ± 24.4 ml/min), p< 0,01. After treating, Average glomerular filtration rate of patients with good glucose, HbA1C control is significantly higher than that of poor control, p< 0.05. Conclusions: After treatment reduced insulin resistance index, insulin sensitivity and beta-cell function compared with pre- treatment increased significantly, p <0.05. Average glomerular filtration rate after treatment than before treatment increased significantly, p <0.01.
